These readymade Coir fiber pots are made of natural coco fiber & Natural Rubber (rubberized - coir) for use by horticultural farms, flower gardeners, green houses, and nurseries. Coir pots can be kept on with or without a wooden or frame stand with natural flowering plants to give indoors an elegant look.
Geo Textiles can be woven using both automated machines & hand operated machines. Geo Textiles which are made by machines use only machine spun twine, however hand operated machines can handle both machine spun twine and hand made yarn. The product could be either rolled up or baled depending on the requirement. Standard geo textiles come in 400g/sqm, 700g/sqm and 900g/sqm. Nevertheless we can supply between 300g/sqm to 100g/sqm based on the customer requirement. The weight per square meter is controlled by changing the type of twine used and number of twines used.

Coir Logs are strong and flexible. These are compact coir cores which form a Coir Web for superior filtration, covered by exterior coir mesh netting. Coir logs aid in the stabilization and revegetation of sites where you encounter steep slopes or exposure to waves along or currents which cause instability on a site. The Coir Logs are designed to withstand the wave impact and storm water sheetflow forces without deformation or loss of material ensuring maximum erosion prevention. Coir Logs enhance plant growth and microbial activity. In flowing water areas, the coir logs are placed directly on the bank, often retaining fill material or securing new channel alignment. In standing water, the Coir Logs are placed offshore to break waves and encourage sedimentation and re-vegetation. Coir Logs collect and hold mineral and organic particles, provide a stable substrate which promotes root growth, and slowly biodegrade to leave a self maintaining erosion prevention system.

Coir Disks are also referred to as Weed control disks are made out of coir fiber bonded with natural latex. These come in various sizes from 10cm diameter round disks to 50cm x 50cm square. Density would be 800-900g/sqm which could be increased to 1200gsm or reduced to approx. 450gsm depending on the requirement. Packaging could be arranged according to customer requirements.
Two types of twine are available. Machine twisted and hand spun twine. Machine twisted twine contains an inner cotton thread and is much durable than hand spun twine.Common Usages: Hop Growing
Standard sizes come in with a diameter of 4 - 8 MM on 10 Kg bobbins or Ballots of 50 Meter Lengths. However the product is available in various diameters and lengths according to customer requirements.

Made out of best one tie brush fiber with 2 cotton or synthetic threads twisted (or inter woven) for additional strength and durability. Ball Wt 3.2 Kg, Ball length 2050 ft. Coir fiber is elastic enough to twist without breaking and it holds a curl as though permanently waved. Machine twisted fiber is produced by blending bristle and mattress fibers in varying ratios. Our grow poles are made by wrapping natural coir fiber in either forms of mattress fiber rubberized coir pads or coir yarn around a hollow PVC pipe. The high moisture retention capacity of the stick enables the roots of the plant to grip natural organic mattress of coir fiber.

Coir fiber stuffed and encased in biodegradable netting, formed in a square shape structure. Coco gabion can be made with or without a steel frame. This is an ideal product to be used in at a base of a slope where a low toe wall is needed to stabilize the slope and reduce slope steepness in a stream bank. Appropriate for use with soil bioengineering systems and vegetative plantings to stabilize the upper bank and secure a regenerative source of stream bank vegetation. The main advantage of coco gabion is that it can be planted with live cuttings on any of its surface area. Fiber substrate filled inside the coco gabion is an ideal medium for root development for the cuttings and, subsequently, these plants will consolidate the structure and bind it to the slope.

100% environmentally friendly, Mattress fiber and Mix fiber could be compressed in to bales and each bale would weigh approximately 125Kg to 150Kg depending on the customer requirement. Plastic or metal strapping could be used to secure the bales. Bales are a very economical way of transporting fiber for a range of industries from manufacturing bedding/upholstery to the manufacturing of erosion control blankets.
